There is a hook fastener underneath the breasts that is decorated with sparkly rhinestones. The additional hook fastener at the back can be adjusted to fit. The front and the back of the bra straps can be adjusted too. The suspender belt also has a hook fastener at the back and 6 adjustable suspender straps (in total).
